Right now we are only shipping to US and Canada. If you are interested in purchasing an item and would like us to ship internationally, please contact us with your request.
Please also note that the shipping rates for the items we sell are weight-based. You will be able to make your shipping selection at checkout based on the address you have chosen.
Local Pickup - You may also pick up your order or arrange pick up by a friend or family member at my business location. Please contact me prior to pick up to arrange a time. Please note that I do not arrange "rides" for any orders or bring them to church. It is the responsibility of the customer to pick up or arrange someone else to pick up the order. As much as I love it if my customers do not have to pay shipping, it's just doesn't work for it to be my responsibility to do the arranging. Thank you for understanding. :)
R E T U R N S P O L I C Y
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping costs). We'll also pay the return shipping costs IF the return is a result of OUR error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for personalized items except on a case by case basis. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us and we can work something out!
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (7 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Payment is due when you checkout. Credit card and PayPal are the accepted methods of payment. Interac e-transfer is another accepted method. If you need to pay by cheque, let me know and we can maybe work something out. Payment is required before your order will ship. Customers choosing the local pick up option may pay in-store when they pick up their order.

I want to order a wedding book or baby book, and need it in less than 4 weeks. Do I need to pay the rush order fee?
Please understand that I usually have a lot of orders on my list and I generally work on orders in the order they come in. To get an order completed and to you before 4 weeks would likely mean putting your order ahead of others. To do this without charging a rush order fee would not be fair to my other customers or to myself. Thank you for understanding!

What size of envelopes do I need?
Standard birth announcement size: A2 or 4 3/8" x 5 3/4"
Wedding Invitations: A7 or 5 1/4" x 7 1/4"
Do you mail out samples?
I will mail out two samples, free of charge.
Can you make color and/or size changes on an announcement/invitation?
I can make changes to most announcements. There are some however, that don't work very well, so please contact me and let me know which one you are interested in and I will let you know!
Can you print gold?
Well, that depends what you mean by 'gold'! No, I cannot print gold foil. What I can do, however, is to fill in the shapes/graphics/letters with digital gold paper and the variances in the paper makes it look more 'real' when printed - however, it is NOT real gold foil, just an imitation of it. It looks nice when printed (in my opinion), but if you really want the real foil look, you might want to choose another option!
Can you print white on black or dark colors?
Technically, no. White printing takes an expensive special printer, which I do not have. All of my 'white' printing is just the absence of color, so to achieve this look, I print the backgrounds myself onto white paper/card stock instead of printing directly onto black or dark paper.

So! You're expecting a baby and you're thinking you'd like a baby book! Maybe your shower is almost here and you're thinking about getting the guest and/or gift pages. Or maybe this is your second baby, and there will not be a shower, but you don't know the name or gender of your baby and you'd like the hands & feet page and visitor pages before the arrival! Here are your options.
If you are planning to purchase the wire bound book, there are two options. If you know the gender of the baby and have your book picked out and want to wait to share the name, you may go ahead and place your order. In the space for baby's name, just write something like: 'will let you know later' and choose the option to have the necessary pages sent asap. You may specify which pages you want sent, but I don't send more than about 5-6 pages because of shipping costs. Also keep in mind that lettermail often takes longer than packages, especially to the states. Right now because of current circumstances, please allow at least 2-4 weeks for pages to arrive! If this is not a workable time frame, consider choosing the 'email me the shower pages' option. (For the binder style book, it works to choose the divider pages after the baby arrives. Please message me if you have questions!)
If you do not know the gender of the baby, please purchase THIS BOOK. This is a 'place holder' book. It allows you to make your puchase, choose your font and any extra pages you'd like added to the book, without actually having a cover chosen. Then when your baby arrives, let me know which cover you'd like and the baby's name. When you're filling out the spaces prior to ordering, the baby's name is a required space. Just type a dash in the space or a 'let you know later' note. Also, for binding options, unless you already know what you'd like, please choose the 'whatever looks nicest' option for now. If you have an opinion on the color, you can let me know later when you choose the cover.
