Since August 29, 2025, U.S. orders may be subject to tariffs or import-related fees. We’ve already seen charges on packages that should technically be exempt.

To avoid surprises, please choose a shipping option that includes tariffs and fees in the price. If you select a method that does not include them, any charges applied will be your responsibility.

Most packages should remain exempt from tariffs, but we often will see a small charge from the shipping company for brokerage costs. Thank you for your patience and understanding while this is being sorted out.

UPDATE 5/26

Due to recent issues with unexpectedly high import and brokerage charges on one shipment, I have decided to remove the lower-cost shipping option that did not include tariffs, taxes, and duties.

Going forward, the only shipping option available will be one with tariffs, taxes, and duties included. It is only approximately $5 CAD more (depending on the weight of your package), and helps ensure a smoother delivery experience with no surprise fees upon arrival. :)
