Custom Artwork & Printing Policy

I love helping customers create personalized products! Because copyright laws protect artists and their work, I can only print artwork that you own or have permission to use.

Copyright & Ownership

By submitting artwork, photos, logos, or designs for custom printing, you confirm that:

• You are the original creator of the artwork, or you have obtained permission or the appropriate license from the copyright owner.
• The artwork does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
• You understand that recreations, copies, or paintings based closely on another artist's work may still be protected by copyright, even if they were created by hand.
• You accept full responsibility for any claims arising from the artwork you provide.

I reserve the right to decline any custom order if I believe the artwork may violate copyright laws or if ownership cannot be reasonably verified. I may request proof of ownership or written permission before proceeding with an order. Acceptance of artwork for review does not guarantee that an order will be accepted.

Artwork Requirements

Artwork should be provided as a high-quality scan or digital file that is ready for printing. Files should be clean, correctly oriented, and require little to no editing.

Minor adjustments may be included at my discretion. If your artwork requires additional editing, cleanup, colour correction, background removal, resizing, or other design work before it is ready to print, additional design charges will apply. Any applicable charges will be discussed and approved before work begins.

Please note that the cost of the custom product does not include artwork creation or editing services unless specifically quoted.
