Accepted formats for information is as follows:
1) last year's calendar pages with updated info written directly onto calendar OR
2) A Word document or pdf with the names and dates (and other information, if applicable) typed in very simple format such as:
January -
3 - John Smith 1978
8 - Mary Smith 1980
24 - Jane Smith 2007
etc. or something similar, just so it's organized by date. Please, no spreadsheets if possible!
3) If you ordered calendars from us the previous year, just a list (one list, if possible, not multiple lists) of changes/corrections is fine - also organized by date, if possible.
For first-time orders, you will need to purchase the 'enter calendar information' listing along with your calendars. If you are purchasing the index for the first time, you will also need to purchase the 'enter index information' listing.
• Minimum order for personalized birthday calendars is 10. • Calendar orders for calendars that begin in January will ship out the end of November/beginning of December, regardless of when the order is placed. If you need your order sooner than this, please contact us and we'll try to accommodate you. For academic year calendars, please let us know a date or approximate time you need them by, and we will do our best to accommodate your time frame. Please note, that we do need the order in at least 4 weeks ahead of time.
